Ruthless murder in Kashkadarya: law enforcement agencies at a height
A few days ago in the area of Kashkadarya district of Kasbi was the brutal murder of a security officer of transport company "Kasbi 88". In the evening of 8 March at about 23:00, was stabbed one of the guards of this company Ruzukul Rakhimov.
It is alleged that the killing was a criminal deed of the group led by Eshdavlat Tursunov who is the first
Deputy Chief of DIA (Department of the Internal Affairs). This group previously characterized as criminal, which was involved to trans-shipment of drugs.
According to locals, wishing to revive the current chiefs of the company, by slander, one of the former guards previously been attacked by above mentioned group, who happened to survive, in the hospital where he wrote that "he fell himself" after which the case was hushed up.
Now the investigation involves innocent employees who are being subject to torture.
