United States' Army General will visit Tashkent
Today, in Astana, Kazakistan, United States' Army General David Peterius attended official meetings and answered some questions where he mentioned the visit to Tashkent.
Repeatedly stating his lack of desire for a military base in Uzbeksitan, US Army General said, “Because of the growing number of USA and NATO soldiers in Afganistan territory, we have to widen the transit routes and Uzbekistan plays the important role.”
