Our fellow countryman, who was arrested in Russia, requested a help
Dilfuza Normativa, resident of village Amirabad, Angara district of Ferghana Valley, addressed to Human Rights Society of Uzbekistan Ezgulik (Sincerety) with the statement regarding her husband`s detainment by Russian local law enforcement from the train while he was returning on March 4th this year.
According to the Human Rights society Ezgulik, Abdudzhabbar Nurmatov, born in 1967, up to this day is in custody in one of the detention facility of the Orenburg city. The criminal proceedings was initiated against Abdudzhabbar Nurmatov under the Criminal Code of Russian Federation. The law enforcement officials falsified case materials and they are not legitimate.
At this time Nurmatov`s case administered by Islam Ergaliev (+7 922 811 64 20), employee of the transport prosecutor`s office of the Idiemsk city. Dilfuza is requesting assistance from the Russian Human rights organizations and the media in Russia through Ezgulik society.
