02:06 - United States is not going to reinstate the military base in Uzbekistan. What will happen if they are?
Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan under the Obama administration Richard Holbrooke yesterday met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakstan Kanat Saudabayev in Astana, where in conversation mentioned that the United States are not going to rebuild a military base in Uzbekistan. According to Holbrooke, United States is grateful for the fact that Uzbekistan has allowed to carry through its territory of transit cargo to Afghanistan. Construction of airbase in Uzbekistan should not be spoken.

If the United States just glad for the permission to transport the goods in transit through Uzbekistan retreated from its human rights principles, what would happen if they did possible to build a base, say observers.
