01:20 - Dilmurod Sayyid, the journalist and activist of "Ezgulik", was moved back to the Navoiy prison

The member of Human Rights Society "Ezgulik" Dilmurod Sayyid, who has tuberculosis, was brought back to 64/49 facility in Navoiy from the facility 64/18 in Tashkent belonging to the department of the execution of punishment of Ministry of Internal Affairs. He’s been having treatment in "Sungorod" since December 12 of the last year and the criminal matters of the High Court still haven’t examined his case. As his advocate, member of the Central Control of Uzbekistan "Ezgulik", Abdurahmon Tashanov, says that the statement to the High Court has been submitted in December of last year and the examining time passed already.

 

It is necessary to recall, activist of "Ezgulik" Dilmurod Sayyid was deprived of freedom for twelve and half years in the summer of the last year by the criminal court of the Taylok area of the Samarkand region. The court decision left no right to appeal.
