14:16 - European countries fighting against hijab in Parliament, Uzbekistan fighting against it on the streets
Several European countries' parliaments, particularly, France, Belgium and Spain started battle against hijab on legal arena, while in Uzbekistan it is taking place on the streets, social places, enterprises and organizations and offices.

Women wearing the tuckers, as well as people wearing other religious garments are being taken to militia departments. People who get caught after first warning pay a fine in amount of two minimum wages, which is approximately 76 000 sums (about $50). The fine increases if the violation is repeated. The next punishment will be 15 days of imprisonment.

For now, our reporters did not witness of imprisonment cases, but they spoke to many people who were fined.
