13:29 - Tajik and Uzbek government officials could not negotiate
The Tajik delegation under the leadership of vice-chairmen of government Murodali Alimardon conducted two days negotiations with Uzbek partners in Tashkent, but couldn’t reach almost any noticeable consents. The mood losing Tajik delegation gave just some comments to reporters and promised to organize a special press conference later in order to share their impressions about meeting in Tashkent.

Tashkent intergovernmental meeting covered the themes of the railroad cars held in Uzbekistan, the regional water-energy and the Rogun HPS problems, contradictions around Aluminum factory in Tursunzoda City. There were no news in Uzbek mass-media about these negotiations.
